BUCHEN has specialized technologies for sludge dewatering.
In this respect, we use the following equipment:
- Chamber filter presses,
- Membrane filter presses,
- 2-phase decanter centrifuges,
- 3-phase decanter centrifuges,
- Gas-tight systems for 3-phase separation, in accordance with the ATEX directive.
Chamber filter presses are available in different versions and sizes. Their filter surface ranges from 60 to 350 m2, the volume of the chamber is from 0.6 m3 to 5 m3, and the filter cake may be extracted using a forklift or a conveyor belt.
Most centrifugal separators have explosion protection. BUCHEN also features floating suction excavators, which pump the sludge using an armored pump.
